If you’d like to determine if we are a good match for your event, you can opt for a standalone trial session. Please note that the trial session included in the wedding package cannot be selected separately with payment for the complete bundle price at a later time.

What to Expect During a Bridal Makeup trial?
We value the significance of your wedding day and are committed to making it truly memorable for you. Our initial consultation is dedicated to understanding your preferences, including your preferred styles, wedding details like your attire, hairstyle, chosen theme, and venue. Through collaborative experimentation, we will strive to create a makeup style that resonates with you completely, ensuring your absolute satisfaction and confidence in the final result!
Collaboration between the makeup artist and the bride is essential during the trial, as we will work together to select a tasteful look that enhances the your unique features. Since every bride is different, we must understand the bride’s vision and adapt accordingly. While the bride may have a specific makeup or hairstyle in mind, adjustments may be necessary to ensure a cohesive and flattering overall appearance. Given the significance of the occasion, brides typically invest in a bridal consultation and trial to allow for any final tweaks before the wedding day.
Why Do You Charge For A Trial Session
Our bridal trial typically requires around 3 hours or more of dedicated time. Surprisingly, the application process during the trial can sometimes be more intensive than on your actual wedding day. The bridal trial encompasses preparation, personalized one-on-one consultation, and the necessary duration to achieve your desired appearance. Following the trial, we meticulously document details such as photos, products utilized, and the application process. This documentation serves not only our purposes but also benefits you, allowing you to easily replenish your favorite products.

The Difference Between Bridal & Regular Makeup
The difference between bridal makeup and regular makeup mainly lies in the application technique, longevity, and finish. Here are some key distinctions:
1. Coverage and Finish
Bridal Makeup: Bridal makeup tends to have a more full coverage and a long-lasting finish to ensure that the bride looks flawless throughout the day and in photographs. It often involves heavier application of foundation, concealer, and setting powders to achieve a polished look that will last through the ceremony, reception, and photoshoots.
Regular Makeup: Regular makeup, on the other hand, may vary in coverage and finish based on personal preference and the occasion. It could be lighter and more natural for everyday wear or events where a more subdued look is appropriate.
2. Longevity
Bridal Makeup: Bridal makeup is designed to be long-lasting and withstand tears, sweat, and hours of wear. It often incorporates techniques like setting sprays, primers, and waterproof products to ensure that the makeup stays put throughout the day and night.
Regular Makeup: Regular makeup may not necessarily need to be as long-lasting as bridal makeup since it is often worn for shorter periods or in less demanding environments.
3. Intensity of Application
Bridal Makeup: The application of bridal makeup is often more precise and intense, with techniques such as contouring, highlighting, and strategic placement of products to enhance features for photography and in-person viewing. This can create a more dramatic effect while still looking natural and elegant.
Regular Makeup: The intensity of application for regular makeup can vary widely depending on the individual’s preferences. It can range from light and subtle for a natural look to more intense and bold for special occasions or personal style expression.
4. Color Choices
Bridal Makeup: Bridal makeup often involves more neutral and classic color choices to ensure a timeless look that will photograph well and complement the wedding attire.
Regular Makeup: Regular makeup allows for more experimentation with colors and trends based on personal style and preferences.
5. Application Technique
Bridal Makeup: Bridal makeup is typically applied with techniques that enhance features for photography and in-person viewing. This may include contouring, highlighting, and precise application to ensure that the bride looks her best in different lighting conditions.
Regular Makeup: Regular makeup application can be more versatile and tailored to individual preferences without the need to consider specific photography requirements.
6. Consultation and Trial
Bridal Makeup: Brides often have a consultation and trial session with a makeup artist before the wedding day to discuss their preferences, test out different looks, and ensure that the final makeup aligns with their vision.
Regular Makeup: For regular makeup, there may not be a need for a consultation or trial unless it’s for a special event where a specific look is desired.
In summary, bridal makeup is typically more long-lasting, full coverage, and carefully tailored for the wedding day, while regular makeup can be more varied and flexible based on personal preferences and everyday needs.
The Differences Between ROM, Pre-wedding and Actual day Wedding Makeup?
ROM (Registry of Marriage):
– Duration: Typically a smaller event lasting about 3 hours.
– Makeup and Hair: Less formal but still requiring detailed application for enhancement. The focus is on creating perfect features and balance for the important day.
Pre-Wedding:
– Planning Requires more planning and discussion with the bride, and sometimes the photographer, to understand the style and feel of the photo shoot, venue, and outfits.
– Makeup and Hair: Needs to withstand different weather conditions and match the various outfits worn during the photoshoot.
Actual Day Wedding:
– Preparation: The makeup artist spends more time communicating with the bride and preparing well in advance.
– Formality: The actual day wedding is generally a more formal event for most brides, requiring a polished and elegant look.
In summary, each wedding-related event has its unique requirements when it comes to makeup and hair preparation:
– ROM: Focuses on enhancement with detailed application in a less formal setting.
– Pre-Wedding: Requires planning and coordination to match the style of the photoshoot, venue, and outfits while ensuring durability in various weather conditions.
– Actual Day Wedding: Involves formal preparation with the makeup artist spending more time communicating with the bride to achieve a polished look for the special day.
How do I decide how many looks will I need?
Consider the following factors when deciding on the number of looks needed for your wedding day:
1) The number of dresses worn, with a recommended unique hair and makeup look for each gown.
2) The schedule of events on the day, such as multiple ceremonies or receptions, may require different looks.
3) Due to our hot and humid weather, consider additional looks or touch- up services to maintain flawless hair and makeup throughout the day.
What Does Style Change Includes?
A style change occurs following a full bridal makeup and hairstyling session from the beginning. This involves refreshing/touching up the current makeup and completely restyling the hair into a new look.
